According to the smelting conditions, the water-cooled furnace roof is divided into two types: steel-making electric arc furnace water-cooled furnace cover and ladle refining furnace water-cooled furnace cover. Both furnace cover bodies are of tubular close row structure, and are provided with a central cover knotted with refractory materials.<\/p>\n

The water-cooled furnace cover of steelmaking electric arc furnace is usually cone-shaped, which can be a multi-piece structure; the smoke exhaust is an internal smoke exhaust, which is completed through a tubular smoke exhaust elbow.<\/p>\n

The sidewall of the water-cooled furnace cover body of the ladle refining furnace is usually cylindrical, and the top is cone-shaped, which is an integral structure. The smoke exhaust is an external smoke exhaust, which is completed through the smoke collection device auxiliary on the water-cooled furnace cover.<\/p>\n
